ufacturer and supplier of medical protective apparels, MPA stands forward with our brave medical warriors to face the major challenge of COVID-19. MPA delivered all our available local stock of masks, gowns, caps and shoe covers to DoH at the first time since COVID-19 outbreak and tried our best to source PPEs from overseas to keep continuance supplying to our medical workers and patients. The coming up difficulty is that global pandemic causes the global shortages of protective gowns, the shortages causes price rises exponentially, then the international shipping be influenced as well, our protective gowns supplying met a rather stressful situation.
After positive discussion with DoH, DTI, IDC and a brief internal preparation, MPA started to manufacture isolation gowns and surgical gowns from early August. MPA has ISO13485 QMS certification, ISO class8 cleanroom facility, experienced technical team and well trained staff, material procurement, manufacturing and sterilization all be done locally in South Africa.
